Shipping Methods & Costs:

Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping via UPS with estimated delivery times of three to four business days.

Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer Priority shipping via UPS with estimated delivery times of two to three business days.

Next-day shipping is also available at an additional cost. We are not responsible for how long it takes for UPS to deliver your package.

Shipping Restrictions:

We do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain items.

We reserve the right to refuse shipping to any address that we deem unsafe or unreliable.
Tracking Information:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, FB Messenger or Text.

You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and will either reship the order or issue a refund.
Return & Exchange Policy
Refunds are available if you are not satisfied with your product due to damage during shipping or the quality of the product. Refunds must be requested within the first ten-days and product cannot have been worn. Refunds take seven to ten days. All of our products are insured during shipping. If product is not received a refund can be applied. If product is delivered but stolen, we are not responsible.
Exchange
If you are not satisfied with an item we can exchange if for a different item but it must be shipped back to us. We will not charge for the new item to be shipped to you.
